Traditional Cassoulet with Duck Confit

The Sudreau company have specialised in producing foie gras for a very long time. They also excel in producing really delicious cassoulet, including this one with duck which is absolutely mouth-watering.
Traditionally made using butter beans, cassoulet is stewed for a long time in its sauce of meat stock, garlic sausage, Toulouse sausage and pieces of duck. This is quite simply one of the very best cassoulets. Reheat gently before serving with a simple green salad.
