The tenderness of the duckling married with the creaminess of a boletus sauce

Sharper to taste it than his colleague the duck, the duckling is tender and plump. That makes it a quality product for all your meals. It was cooked with a mushroom smooth sauce. The duckling is soak of forest flavors.
