A real fish soup made in Brittany according to an old breton recipe. A delice !

Tasting tip : steer until boiling. You can thicken ti by adding some milk, yolks of eggs or crème fraiche. Serve with croutons and grated cheese. You can season this soup with a coffee spoon of rouille.

Composition : Fishes (30%), eau, vegetables (carrots, onions), tomato concentrate, salt, oil, flour, garlic, culinary thickeners (guar flour and xanthan gum), spices, natural aromas, aromatics.
