The famous Spanish chefs Albert and Ferran Adra are responsible for Texturas, which is a new way of cooking, using molecular science, to produce extraordinary results.

This mini-kit contains everything that you need to try out this magic new technique, to produce edible spheres and pearls of different sizes, flavoured with whatever takes your fancy. You can make fantastic jellies which can be served either hot or cold, and create foods that are as light as air in texture. It’s up to you how far you decide to experiment…

Composition : Sodium alginate 100g, calcium gluconolactate 100g, xanthane gum 100g, agar agar 100g, soy leithin 100g. 5 measuring spoons. 1 filtering spoon. 1 measuring syringe. Instruction leaflet.
