Gorgeous, sparkling pearls of lavender flower

Each sparkling pearl is an individual lavender flower which has been finely crystallized. Crunchy in texture and exquisite to look at, these pearls are perfect when used to decorate sweet dishes and will add a subtle flavour of Provence. They are also rather irresistible eaten by the handful, like sweets!

Composition : Sugar, glucose, natural lavender flowers, acacia gum, natural colouring agent E 120, colouring agent E 132.
