Whole violet petals, finely crystallized, sparkling and elegant. They are perfect when used to decorate sweet dishes such as tarts and ice creams, but could also be used to prepare a glass of kir, or to add extra charm to a glass of champagne.

Composition : Sugar, violet flowers, arabic gum, colouring agent E 122 and E 102.
