40 % chardonnay, 40 % chardonnay, 20 % pinot meunier. Average scale of crus : 95 % - Minimum ageing 7 years.

Tasting notes

This champagne has a green gold colour and very lively effervescence, which produces a good mousse. Very complex and intense, it presents fruity notes of grape and red fruit, before revealing aromas of fresh bread and warm brioche. In the mouth, it is well balanced and harmonious with a good rounded structure and long length of flavour. This is an easy wine to drink at any time of day, either as an aperitif or as part of a meal .

Ideal to as a celebration champagne.

Temperature

8 °C. Lie the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.
