55 % pinot noir, 45 % chardonnay. Average scale of crus : 100 % - Minimum ageing 7 years.

Tasting notes

This is a champagne with great soul, which invites you to discover new sensations. With a golden colour and a nose that develops notes of honeyed bread. Generous and ripe, yet delicate in the mouth, with flavours of citrus fruits. This is a complex and elegant champagne, which succeeds in both its freshness and its length of flavour.

Serving suggestions / wines

Excellent as an aperitif with toasted brioche, hot oysters, foie gras. Try it with cockles with truffle, or grilled fish, or with rabbit with prunes, or a carpaccio of beef with parmesan. To finish, serve a delicate fruit charlotte or an iced mousse…

Temperature

8 °C. Lie the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.
