An elegant champagne

Collection of 15 crus

50 % pinot noir, 40 % chardonnay and 10 % pinot meunier. Average scale of crus : 95 % - Minimum ageing 5 years.

Tasting notes

Spirited champagne, creative and stimulating. Lively and light, luminous and clear, with a very fine and active mousse, a crystal clarity, fine, fruity nose, and floral and mineral notes. A champagne of great charm.

Serving suggestions / wines

Ideal as an apperitif, but can also be served with light dishes such as shell fish, meats in aspic, mousses, soufflés, salads, cheeses, jellies, sorbets, pancakes …

Temperature

8 °C. Lie the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.
