A rare and beautiful champagne

Collection of 15 crus

70 % pinot noir, 30 % chardonnay. Average scale of crus : 95 % - Minimum ageing 4 years.

Tasting notes

A champagne with lots of heart and harmony. With its raspberry pink colour, this champagne is soft, rich, well-rounded and fruity, with aromas of rose, honey and cinnamon.

Serving suggestions / wines

Serve with sweet courses, puddings and cakes, or on its own.

Temperature

8 °C. Lie the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.

Composition : Alcohol: 12 % vol.
