Made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this pink champagne is aged for a minimum of 4 years.
Flavour:This raspberry-pink champagne is soft, rich, well-rounded and fruity, with rose, honey and cinnamon aromas.
Serve with desserts, puddings and cakes, or simply on its own.
Temperature:8°C. Put the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.
