70 % pinot noir, 30 % chardonnay. Average scale of crus : 95 % - Minimum ageing 4 years.

Tasting notes

A champagne with heart, tender and harmonious. With is raspberry pink colour, this champagne is soft, rich, round and fruity, with aromas of rose, honey and cinnamon.

Serving suggestions / wines

Try with sweet-and-sour dishes, vegetable purés, and savoury fritters, as well as with all desserts, choux pastries, mousses, fruit salads, baked apples or brioches.

Temperature

8 °C. Lie the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, or leave in a bucket of iced water for at least 20 minutes.
