The ultimate symbolic product, imbued with associations and imagery, Champagne evokes an almost artistic desire. Think of the play of the light in the leaves of a tree, or the reflections on a silky skin... Champagne Taittinger has launched itself into this interplay between industry and art by asking a number of well-known artists to evoke, on the bottle, Champagne and the myths that surround it. This series, which was inaugurated by Victor Vasarely in 1983, has been added to by d’Arman, Masson, da Silva and now, by South-African artist Amadou Sow.

This is the twelfth bottle presented by Champagne Taittinger, decorated by the famous artist Amadou Saw.

The 2002 Taittinger Brut is well balanced, with a dense structure. Made with equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it has a richly floral and fruity aroma, with light woody notes. The Taittinger Collection 2002 was limited to 5000 bottles.
