You should always have this" La Favorita" polenta in your cupboard. Indeed, this product is easy to cook yet delicious.

This is a typical Italian Piemont dish which is ate everyday in this region.

Cooking tips :

Boil 1,6 L of salty water. Both pour the polenta in the water and mix it at the same time. Let it cook on high heat until the polenta is thick.Then, let it 2 more minuts. It should be ready to savour !

Composition :
Precooked corn flour 97%, cep (Boletus edulis) 3%.
