Presentation : this product is made with fish bought directly on Le Guilvinec fish market and prepared by La Pointe de Penmarc'h cannery. This 80 years old cannery is famous for the quality of its products.

Tasting tip : serve cold as an entrée. Absolutely delicious with a tomato salad and sliced cold potatoes.

Composition : Mackerel fillets, water, skimmed milk, vinegar, oil, modified starch, salt, green pepper (0.5%), natural aroma, culinary thickener (guar flour and xanthan gum), spices.
