Wild raspberryThis wild raspberry eau de vie was made for the first time in 1913 by Eugène Massenez, and the secret of its recipe is still guarded jealously today. In order to preserve its incomparable perfume, the raspberries are gathered in the early morning, still covered with dew. In the olden days, only those of royal blood were permitted to taste it, due to the rarity of the fruits, but today, the eau de vie is more accessible, even though eight kilos of fruit are required to produce each and every bottle. The subtly delicate perfume of the wild raspberry eau de vie holds great charm and will enchant all those who taste it.
