French Almond Virgin Oil

Les Huiles Guénard offers you to discover a rare product: the almond France oil. This will be a huge discovery for your taste buds. This virgin oil is without any additive.
Almonds are toasted before extraction by cold pressure. It is a soft oil with a slight of bitterness which can be used for salty but also sweet recipes.
Cooking Tips: You can associate it with your vinaigrette for your salads and raw vegetables. A dash of oil will be perfect on your meats and fishes but also on avocado. It is a real delight!!
Huiles Guénard recipe: Lemon and almond oil cake
- 80g of flour
- 30g of corn starch
- 1 big lemon
- 160g of sugar
- 4 eggs+1 yellow
- 15cl of Huile Guerard almond oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat your oven in 180°C
Split the yellow of the white to your eggs. Clear the yellow with 100g of sugar, add the almond oil and the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Sprinkle the flour and the corn starch into the mixture and mix to avoid any lumps.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs white and incorporate them delicately into the first preparation.
Put the mixture in a mould and put it in your oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
