Everybody like fresh pasta. However, it is not a convenient product : you must keep it fresh and eat it quickly.
Farabella uses a very new production process named "stabilisation". Thanks to this process you can enjoy the great fresh pasta quality without any constraint.
This wonderful pasta can be store in an environmental temperature, and you are able to keep it way longer than the traditional fresh pasta. You just need to open up the pasta pack and to put it in a pot of boiling salty water. They taste exactly as they have been freshly made.
This pasta is certified Afdiag, 100% gluten free: easily digestible and perfect for allergic and intolerant people.
The Strozzapreti are short and twine pasta, coming from the Italian region: Emilia-Romagna.
