The house of Paris has specialised in the production of foie gras for over a century. Located in Pomarez, their foie gras is prepared using rigorously-selected duck and geese livers of the highest quality. The animals used are bred in the Landes or in the Pyrenees in accordance with strict regulations, one of which is that the birds should be fed exclusively on corn.
To enjoy this foie gras at its best, we suggest that you take it out of the refrigerator and its packaging 15 minutes prior to serving.
