Nacional Arriba Cocoa

Produced exclusively in Ecuador, the Nacional Arriba is very close to the Criollo. It has a strong aroma with flowery overtones. The cultivation zones are, amongst others Los Rios, Esmeraldas and Guayas. Only 2% of the worldwide production comes from this great vintage.

Plantation Hacienda Iara

Set in the middle of Los Rios province, the Hacienda Iara produces with great care, under organic certification controls, a plantation of great vintage cocoa, of the variety Nacional Arriba, which has been rewarded by the quality award “Fine Grande”. In this plantation, the fragile cacao trees grow on an especially fertile soil, under the influence of the exotic fruit scents such as passion fruit, papaya, and the well-known variety of the Ecuadorian banana. They give an inimitable taste to the beautiful cocoa fruit and pod, full of aromas. The certified label of organic product guarantees this much sort after highest quality.

Coating chocolate

This dark coating chocolate bar 70% of cocoa minimum of 750g is made with the Nacional Arriba cocoa of the Hacienda Iara plantation in Ecuador. It is an ideal ingredient with many uses: moulding, decorations; coating, mousses, ice-creams… All the fields of the confectionery may use this kind of chocolate.
