Pale golden, aromatic wine

Vineyard situated on the banks of the Cher river, on soil rich in clay. Made with Sauvignon grapes, this Reuilly is a very aromatic and fruity wine. A dry white wine for the Loire, it is the perfect partner for oysters, seafood and goats’ cheese.

  • Grape: Sauvignon.
  • Soil and situation : The vineyard is situated about 200km to the south of Paris, and to the west of Bourges on alkaline soil, with a moderate slope, and sandy, high terraces.
  • Vinification : Slowly pressed to allow the juice to be separated according to quality. Fermented at 18°C for a minimum of 4 months.
  • Characteristics : Light golden colour, aromatic nose with notes of citrus fruit and blackberry flower ; well balanced and fresh in the mouth.
  • Serving suggestions: Perfect with seafood and shellfish. Serve as an apperitif, with a carpaccio of cockles with a little lemon jelly, with grilled fish or poultry cooked with mushrooms and parsleyed potatoes.
  • Can be laid and stored for up to 4 years.
