Set in the middle of Los Rios province, the Hacienda Iara produces with great care, under organic certification controls, a plantation of great vintage cocoa, of the variety Nacional Arriba, which has been rewarded by the quality award “Fine Grande”. In this plantation, the fragile cacao trees grow on an especially fertile soil, under the influence of the exotic fruit scents such as passion fruit, papaya, and the well-known variety of the Ecuadorian banana. They give an inimitable taste to the beautiful cocoa fruit and pod, full of aromas. The certified label of organic product guarantees this much sort after highest quality.

The Nacional Arriba cocoa is produced exclusively in Ecuador, and only 2% of the worldwide production comes from this great vintage. It is also one of the Presidia Products of the international organization Slow Food.

The inimitable and pure taste of the real cocoa bean. Handmade, these beans coated with chocolate are rolled in cocoa powder, and entirely caramelized.

These whole cocoa beans, roasted and caramelized with cinnamon contain 72% cocoa. They are wonderful: the blend between cocoa, caramel and cinnamon is perfect!
