Rabbit with prunes

Rabbit cooked with prunes is a classic recipe. Tender rabbit, full of flavour, allies perfectly with sweet and sour prunes. Delicious served with simple boiled potatoes.

Composition : Rabbit meat 65 %, prunes 5 %, bacon, sauce: water, white wine, red wine, vinegar, jelly, chicken sauce base, vegetable, gooseberry jelly, salt, pepper.
