The Nord Pas-de-Calais French region is very rich in gastronomic traditions. Pot’je Vleesch

The Pot’je Vleesch, meaning “little pot of meat” in the dialect of region of the North of France, has as its origin, a recipe from the area surrounding Dunkirk. It is a terrine of white meats savoured cold and served with chips and salad.

Composition : Pork, chicken and rabbit with bone, veal, sauce : water, vegetables, white wine, juniper 1%, vinegar, gelatinous stock, caramel, salt, spices, aromas, carrot, onion, laurel, star anise, juniper berry.
