The Nord Pas-de-Calais region is very rich in gastronomic traditions. To preserve this culinary heritage, the region has created a label and a logo, the Saveur en'Or brand. This label is allocated to the companies by an independent organization according to very strict standards of quality, the respect of the traditions and the origin of the ingredients. Pot'je Vleesch

Pot'je Vleesch, meaning "little pot of meat" in the dialect of region of the North of France, is a recipe from the area surrounding Dunkirk. It is a terrine of white meats traditionally cold with chips and salad.

Composition : Pork, chicken and rabbit with bone, veal, sauce : water, vegetables, white wine, juniper 1%, vinegar, gelatinous stock, caramel, salt, spices, aromas, carrot, onion, laurel, star anise, juniper berry.
