« The balsamic vinegar cream from Modena is obtained from cooked grape must typical of Modena, concentrated and skilfully blended with 12-year-old balsamic vinegar cream of Modena. The cherry-vinegar mix is really fabulous. The unique flavour obtained in this way and its dark and shiny colour makes it your ideal ally to make, amongst its others uses, plate decorations.

Composition : Concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar from Modena 25% (wine vinegar, grape must, caramel E 150 d), modified starch, cherry flavouring, antioxidant E 220.
