Balsama Bianco 4 Travasi – White Balsama vinegar

« This vinegar is obtained from acetified and fermented white grape must in sessile oak casks in order to acquire its golden colour. The most obvious characteristic of this vinegar is that it doesn’t modify the colour of the dishes and it offers very fruity and slightly acid aromas and flavours (it replaces wine vinegar wonderfully). We can serve it on salads, raw or cooked vegetables, sauces, fish, white meat, cheese (mozzarella made with buffalo’s milk, Bitto, scamorza and robiola) or it can be added to certain cocktails.
