Made from apple, this aperitif, with an incomparable taste, is obtained from a wise blend of apple juice and fine cider brandy of Maine. Aged for at least 2 years in oak barrels, the pommeau acquires its maximum qualities in this way. Served chilled at the cocktail hour, in half a melon as a starter or a side dish, it will bring a local touch to your table. This pommeau of Maine from the “Ferme du Pressoir” (Pressing shed’s Farm) was awarded the medal of Excellence in Paris in 2000, and the golden medal at the “General Agricultural Show” of Paris in 2007.
