Nori is a red seaweed that turns to black when drought and becomes green when cooked. It is often sold as dry and thin seaweed sheet. There are used to prepare sushis.

Tasting tip : nori-flavored pasta will perfectly match your fish or sea-food dishes. They can also be used to prepare marine cold salads with for instance sea-haricots, tuna or any other sea-food.
