This Massamam curry paste like the other products of the famous Blue Elephant Thai restaurants, are especially made to allow you to realize delicious Thai recipes at home.

Recipe

Ingredients: Massamam curry paste 60g (1 packet), 250ml of coconut cream, 250g of veal (or chicken breast) 1 clove of garlic, 10g of ginger, 1 level teaspoonful of Nuoc Mam, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of cashew nuts.

Fry the veal, cut into small pieces, with 1 potato cut into quarters. Add 1 packet of Massamam curry paste, the chopped garlic and ginger. Turn up the heat and mix for 5 minutes, then add the coconut cream. Bring it to the boil, add the Nuoc Mam sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add 5 level teaspoons of water. Add the cashew nuts and serve with rice.

Composition : Sunflower oil 50%, lemongrass 12%, chilli 9%, shallots 9%, garlic 8%, galangal 6,5%, ginger 3%, salt 1%, shrimp paste 1.5%.
