Blue Elephant, the famous Thai restaurant chain is the origin of this range of exceptional products, suggests to you here a delicious “Sweet and sour sauce”. This is a very simple little recipe to try its flavour.

Recipe

Ingredients: 300g of Sweet and Sour sauce (1 packet), 200g of chicken breast, a handful of mini corn cobs, half an onion cut into thin slices, fresh coriander, and a few cherry tomatoes.

Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Brown the chicken breasts and then add the mini corn cobs, the half onion and let it cook for 1 minute. Turn down the heat, cover and let it simmer for a moment. Pour in the sauce and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Decorate with coriander and cubes of tomatoes, serve with rice.

Composition : Water, vinegar, ketchup (tomato, sugar, vinegar), tomato purée 5%, sugar, soy sauce (soy bean, wheat, salt), soy oil, salt, pineapple in syrup 11.1%, onion 6.3%, lemon juice 9.5%, ginger 1.4%, garlic 1.6%, thickener E 415, preservative agent: E 211.
