Rice noodles and tamarind sauce to cook like the chefs of the Blue Elephant restaurant! This is an example of the recipe to follow:

Recipe

Ingredients: 200g of noodles; 100g of tamarind sauce, 250g of chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, an handful of soy beans sprouts (optional).

Soak the noodles, in advance, in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain them and keep them. Heat 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil, fry the chicken, then add the eggs. Let it all cook. Add the noodles and the sauce; let it cook for 2 minutes. Decorate with the soy bean sprouts and lemon quarters.

Composition : Rice noodles 200g: rice 82%, water, modified tapioca flour, corn flour. Tamarind sauce 100g: tamarind juice 28%, sugar, tomato purée, soy sauce, shallots, lemon juice, garlic, salt.
