As it usually does, Blue Elephant surprises us again by the excellence of its products, with this chilli paste special for Tom Yam soup.

Recipe

Ingredients: 25g of Tom Yam chilli paste (1 packet), 6 shrimps, 20g of galangal, 2 lemongrass stalks, 1 small fresh chilli, some coriander, Nuoc Mam, 1 lime, 8 mushrooms and 1 chicken stock cube.

Boil 60cl of water with the chicken stock cube. Add the galangal, the lemongrass, the fresh chilli and the coriander and let it boil. Add the shrimps, the mushrooms, the Nuoc Mam and the lime juice. Pour in the chilli sauce and let it simmer for 1 minute. Your Tom Yam soup is ready!

Composition : Shallots 25%, sunflower oil, palm sugar, tamarind 15%, chilli 10%, garlic 10%, shrimp paste 1.5% (shrimp, salt).
