This product is made with dulse (red seaweed). Rich in A vitamin, it will surprise you with its iodine flavour that will remind you the taste of sea-urchins.

Tasting tip : on toasts or with smoked salmon. It can also be used to perfume a mayonnaise or any other sauce. It has then to be added once the sauce is almost ready.

Recipe idea : spread this paste on a fish filet that you will cook in an oven. Add some creme freche. Serve with rice or potatoes and plain chopped seaweed ... You are a chief !
