The Maison Fossier perpetuates an ancestral know-how, preserves the old taste and renews the pleasure of tasting.

Created more than 300 years ago, the pink biscuit of Reims has special properties thanks to its double cooking, giving it a unique texture allowing it to soak up liquids. That’s why it cannot be crunched dry, but it has to be dunked in a drink or used to make desserts. To follow the tradition, it is served with champagne, or more simply, you can dunk it in a glass of red wine, to reveal all the wine bouquet and you can also serve it as a dessert. Better still, as with the tradition, dunk it in Port, a Banyuls, a Pineau, a Ratafia or any other aperitif wine, it will delight your palate and surprise the wine lovers. It can be also served with tea.

This Bourbon vanilla version is just sublime. The vanilla touch marvellously livens up a biscuit already fabulous and famous. Preserved in a tin box, it keeps all its flavour and texture until you savour it!

Composition : Sugar, wheat flour, egg (29%), egg white (5,2%), Bourbon vanilla natural powder (1,1%), raising agent: (ammonium hydrogen carbonate), natural colouring E 120. Contains soya. Made in a workshop using almond and hazelnut.
