Made by traditional methods and based on fresh eggs, this Italian pasta is amazing!
This real Italian tagliatelli is made totally by traditional methods with simple and healthy ingredients: durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Remember to break the tagliatelli into two parts before plunging into in 4 litres of boiling salted water. Stir from time to time, verify the cooking al dente from a time of 2 minutes onwards, drain it, add some sauce, blend it and serve immediately. Add some Parmesan cheese to it just as you please.
High-quality durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (minimum 23%). Origin: Tuscany.
