This caponi lasagne is easy to prepare. Plunge it into 6 litres of boiling salted water and let it cook for 12 minutes. After draining it, butter your oven dish and then put in successive layers of lasagne, Bolognese sauce, béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese. Let it cook whole for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
