The traditional company Pacifico Caponi is famous all over the world for its fresh egg pastas. The Italian food lovers consider it as the best pasta in the world! Taglierini makes no exception to this acknowledgement.

Remember to break the taglierini into two parts before plunging it into 4 litres of boiling salted water. Stir from time to time, verify the cooking al dente from a time of 2 minutes onwards, drain it, add some sauce, blend it and serve immediately. Add some Parmesan cheese to it just as you please. Taglierini is very thin and is above all appreciated with liquid sauces or a meat stock. One of the best recipes of taglierini is with slivers of fresh truffles.
