A delicious Italian preparations

You will find small Italian half-Moons pastas stuffed and cooked by following an original recipe. There are furnished of ricotta, Parmesan and Emmentaler cheese, pork and onions. These pastas have numerous flavours and are delicious in mouth.

As for the sauce, it is seasoned with nutmeg, a tomato sauce, few ceps and some sausage meat which will lift the dish.

You can taste this dish at any time and you will not be disappointed, you have my word!

Cooking Tips: Remove the seal and warm it in a traditional oven or in a microwave for three minutes.

Composition :
Demilunes 50%: dough (durum wheat semolina (gluten), egg, water, salt). {Stuffing pork, cheese (milk) [ricotta cheese, Emmentaler, parmesan], durum wheat flour (gluten), nutmeg, onion, flavor, salt, pepper, porcine gelatin}. Mushroom sauce 46% {and concentrated crushed tomatoes, white wine table sec (sulphites), pork, onion, mushroom 6% of the sauce, garlic, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, natural flavor }.
