Duck Confit and Potatoes

Comtesse du Barry is for a long time established in the South West of France and decided to offer you, one of their classic recipes: The ready-made meal with farmer duck confit.
This recipe is a real success and keeps all these promises. Indeed, the duck confit is soft and delicious and most of all, it has no presence of small bones to waste your pleasure. These farmer duck legs of the southwest were candied with some Guérande sea Salt to lift all these flavours.
The whole preparation is accompany with a classic but delicious crushed potatoes with ceps which bring a forest touch to this dish.
Remove the seal and warm it in a traditional oven or in a microwave for three minutes.
