Used in the food industry in the making of some cheeses, Calcic is an ideal reagent because it brings an important calcium intake and can be dissolved very easily in water. This is one of the essential ingredients of the spherification process.

Presented in granules. Great moisture absorption capacity. Use with Algin to create spherification effects.
