Make delicious gnocchi pasta yourself
It is very easy to cook you own gnocchi with this flour from the Molino Spadoni brand. You only need to add some water and you gnocchi are ready to eat!
Once you have added the water it will form a dough ready in 3 minutes. Then, you have to shape the pasta.
For 500g of pasta, mix 250g of flour with 250ml of water. Blend it to form a homogeneous dough.
Once you have shaped gnocchi pasta, put it in a pot of salty boiling water during 1 or 2 minutes.
55% flour and potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: pyrophosphate
sodium acid, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite (sulfur dioxide), spices, acidity regulator: citric acid,
antioxidant: ascorbyl palminato), wheat flour such as "00" rice flakes, milk powder, salt, leavening agents: Glucono delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate. Deactivated dry yeast. May contain traces of soy and sesame.
