This cream is obtained by slowly boiling wine vinegar and peach juice. After several months resting in barrels (to round the sweet and sour taste), the cream is treated in order to obtain a thicker and creamier texture.

Ideal for your various fruit or vegetable salads, to give taste to your fish and meat dishes, to enhance your grilled shell fishes, or simply on your pastas or risottos, this cream will also allow you to decorate your plates, like the great chefs!

Composition : Wine vinegar, peach juice 64 %, concentrated grape juice, glucose, maltodextrine, dextrose monohydrated, thickener : modified corn starch, xanthane gum E 415, flavor, antioxydyfier : anhydride sulfur.
