This cream blending balsamic vinegar and mango juice is an exotic and refreshing, sweet and sour condiment. It has been made by slowly boiling the wine vinegar, the mango juice and the grape juice. After letting it rest for several months in barrels to round off the sweet and sour taste and give the strongest mango taste, it has been treated in order to obtain a thicker and creamier texture.

Good blends

The smooth sweet and sour taste of this product can be used in chutney sauce or simply plain to exalt and refresh exotic dishes, chicken stuffed with sweet pepper and soja bean sprouts, and smoked duck. It is very delicate on a plaice dish, and delicious on rice timbales.

This cream has been especially made to decorate your dishes; you can use it for example on your mango and spices gratins.

Composition : Wine vinegar, mango juice 62 %, concentrated grape juice, glucose, maltodextrine, dextrose monohydrated, thickener: xanthane gum E 415, corn modified starch, flavor, anhydride sulfur.
