The mango vinegar from the Italian Company Acetifico Mengazzoli is made with mango juice fermented with wine vinegar after a slow cooking. Its packaging in a spray bottle is very easy to use. This fruity vinegar is extremely versatile and can be served with fish, meat, during barbecues, in salads, marinades, for dessert, on ice-creams.

Composition : Mango juice (78 %), wine vinegar, natural flavour, preservative : xanthan gum, antioxydant : sulphur dioxyde.
