This sweet and sour raspberry cream will allow you do 90 meters of liquid decoration and add an original and tasty touch to your dishes.

This cream is made with fermented raspberry juice ageing with wine vinegar after being slowly boiled. You will easily be able to create flavour and texture combinations, whether in hot or cold dishes, to surprise your guests. It goes perfectly well with foie gras, salads; it is an ideal base for dressings, hot and cold sauces, and can be served with many meats, carpaccios and shellfishes, poultry, cheese, fresh fruits, desserts and ice-creams. The useful measuring bottle enables the best precision in its use.

Composition : Raspberry wort 85 %, wine vinegar, grape juice, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, maltodextrine, thickener: starch, xanthane gum, antioxydiser: E 220. Contains sulfite.
