This sweet and sour cream of raspberry vinegar enables you to create gorgeous, edible decoration and an original flavour to your dishes.

Made with fermented raspberry juice that has been aged with wine vinegar. A perfect addition to a plate of foie gras, or with salads, the cream can also be used to create delicious salad dressings and sauces. Try it drizzled over cold meats, with shellfish, cheese, fruit or icecream.

Composition : Raspberry 85 %, wine vinegar, grape juice, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, maltodextrine, thickener: starch, xanthane gum, antioxydiser: E 220. Contains sulfite.
