This Banyuls vinegar is made from the Naturally Sweet Wine of Banyuls, aged in oak barrels for 4 years under the Mediterranean sun. After a traditional fermentation, the vinegar is matured in its turn in barrels for 12 months. It preserves a part of the natural sugar of the grape. This subtle sweetness blended with the power and richness of its walnut, gingerbread, beeswax, vanilla, and liquorice aromas give an inimitable character to your cooking.
