The Marmello 1 is a gelling agent for jam, preservative free.

Content

Two packets of 15g of gelling powder for 2kg of fruits. You will also find a box filled with labels, instructions and recipes.

Preparation

Bring the fruit to the boil. Blend the gelling agent with the sweetener and add it to the fruits. Keep it boiling for one minute. Pour into jars and seal them. Turn the jars over or pasteurize them. Stick the labels on, and it’s ready!

Composition : Gelling agent (pectin), fructose, acidifier (citric acid).
