Polenta is a traditional dish from the North of Italy and Romania. It is presented as a flat cake or as corn semolina gruel. With this organic corn semolina Priméal, you can make your own polenta very easily. You just need to sprinkle 1 volume of semolina in 3 or 4 volumes of cold water, bring it to the boil, and cook it for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, you just have to salt it and enhance it with a tomato sauce or with herbs, as you like.
