Organic basmati white rice
King of rice!
The basmati rice has a very fine grain and a subtle flavour. It grows in the foothills of the Himalayas and owes its unique perfume to climatic and geologic conditions in a region irrigated by the Himalayan waters.
Wash, drain and cook 1 volume of rice in 1 and a half volumes of cold water covered for 10 to 15 minutes, then salt it.
